Refund policy

If any HyaBotanical product does not work out for you, we want to know!

100% Money Back Guarantee within 180 days (six months) of purchase.

If your product doesn't work for you, let us know.  We would appreciate it if you would tell us why, but that is not required. 

To start a refund, contact us at info@hyabotanical.com. We will need the order number, your name, email address, and the address to which the order was originally shipped.

We'll refund your money to the original payment vehicle.  The refund is processed through Shopify and will go directly back to your bank card account.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If you receive the item damaged, or if the product meets with some unseemly event out of your control, no problem! Let us know (a picture for entertainment reasons is appreciated), we'll send you a new product.

Exchanges

Unused product in the original packaging and returned in the original box, with the proper documentation will be accepted for exchange.

Any price difference will be charged/refunded upon exchange.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted and processed, make a separate purchase of the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds

All refunds are processed directly through our Shopify Merchant site.  

If the refund does not appear on your bank card statement withing 14 days, notify us immediately and we will remedy the problem, and let you know the status.
