Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of receipt by HyaBotanical, Inc.  Once your order is received, a confirmation email will be sent to you.  You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping

When we ship your items an email will be sent to you with any applicable tracking information.  On low weight items, the post office does not offer tracking.  We offer choices for your shipping needs.  You can choose from USPS, UPS, FedEx and DHL for worldwide.
